Sofortimplantation und sofortige temporäre Versorgung mit präoperativ hergestellten Provisorien bei Nichtanlagen – digitaler Workflow
Zähne der ersten Dentition können bei Nichtanlage der bleibenden Zähne häufig bis weit ins Erwachsenenalter persistieren. Oftmals erfüllen sie dabei jedoch nicht die funktionellen und ästhetischen Anforderungen. Die Sofortimplantation mit einer sofortigen provisorischen Versorgung mit digital und präoperativ gefertigten Kronen kann hier das geeignete Verfahren sein, um dem Anspruch mit innovativen Methoden gerecht zu werden.
