Temporalismuskeldicke

Die Dicke der Temporalismuskel ist ein neuer Outcome-Marker bei primären und sekundären Hirntumoren. Bei Patienten mit neudiagnostiziertem Glioblastom korrelierte die Reduktion der Temporalismuskeldicke unabhängig von der MGMT-Promoter-Methylierung mit dem Marker zum progressionsfreien Überleben (PFS) und Gesamtüberleben (OS).
