A 46 year old man was referred to our Liver Centre for the finding of abnormal liver enzymes and a suspicion upon NAFLD. Previous medical history included hypertension and diabetes insipidus, diagnosed 11 years before and sufficiently controlled with desmopressin under the guidance of an endocrinologist. The patient was asymptomatic and reported no alcohol consumption.
