Die Autor*innen dieses Artikels stellen je eine Patientengeschichte vor und erläutern, wie sie das jentsprechende Graded-Modell angewandt haben. Eindrücklich wird klar, dass, unabhängig von der Wahl des Modelles, eine sorgfältige Begleitung und eine gute Adhärenz notwendig sind – für das Ziel, ein Leben mit weniger Schmerzen und mehr Aktivität und Teilhabe zu führen.
