Endoprothetik der Fingergrundgelenke

Wesentlich für die Resultate der Fingergelenkendoprothetik sind nicht nur die richtige Indikationsstellung und die Wahl des Implantattyps, sondern auch die operative Technik und die intensive, individualisierte Nachbehandlung. Darauf geht Teil 2 dieses Beitrags ein.

Kernaussagen

• Die zu erwartende Patientenzufriedenheit, Schmerzreduktion und Bewegung ist bei Patienten mit RA am höchsten.

• Gute Langzeitergebnisse, niedrige Revisionsraten und eine umfangreiche, belastbare Studienlage erlauben, Silikonimplantate auch heute als Goldstandard zu bezeichnen.

• Silikonimplantate und anatomieadaptierte Implantate lassen eine ähnliche Beweglichkeit des Fingergrundgelenkes erreichen.

• Ein optimales Implantat für den Fingergrundgelenkersatz ist derzeit nicht verfügbar.

• Es muss gefordert werden, dass die Entwicklung neuer Gelenkersatzverfahren ein längeres Standing bei besserer Funktion zum Ziel hat.

• Der Nachbehandlung nach MP-Alloarthroplastik kommt eine besondere Wertigkeit zu.
