Akupunktur des schmerzhaften Impingement-Syndroms des Schultergelenks

Häufige orthopädische Behandlungsindikationen stellen akute schmerzhafte Bewegungseinschränkungen von Körpergelenken mit oder ohne erinnerlichen Auslöser dar. In Diktion der TCM handelt es sich dabei häufig um Bi-Syndrome im Sinne einer Behinderung des Flusses von Qi durch Eindringen pathogener Faktoren. Das geschilderte Beispiel beschreibt ein akutes Impingement-Syndrom, basierend auf einer reaktiven Bursitis subacromialis, in der TCM klassifiziert als akutes Hitze-Bi-Syndrom.
