Dear Editor,

Your recently published journal with the prospective study of Weissmann-Brenner et. al focused on the accuracy of the prenatal diagnosis of true knot of the umbilical cord (UCK) and its impact on perinatal outcome [1]. We would like to add a few comments on this article from the view of an obstetrician.
