Die Gabe von Katecholaminen/Vasopressoren ist eine der zentralen Notfalltherapien bei kritisch erkrankten und/oder verletzten Patient*innen mit relevanter Hypotonie in der Notaufnahme und häufig auch in der Erstversorgung in der Intensivmedizin. Dieser Beitrag gibt eine kompakte Zusammenfassung relevanter Aspekte aus der aktuellen Leitlinie.
Abstract
The administration of catecholamines/vasopressors is one of the central emergency therapies for critically ill and/or injured patients with relevant hypotension in the emergency department as well as in the initial care in intensive care. In this article you will find a compact summary of the relevant aspects of the current guideline.
