Der klinische Fall: Lasergestützte Canaliculorhinostomie bei Atresie des Tränennasengangs

Bei einer 10-jährigen Ponystute wurde eine angeborene Atresie des Tränennasengangs mit dem einseitigen Fehlen des Nasenpünktchens diagnostiziert. Ziel des Eingriffs war die Schaffung einer Mündung des Tränennasengangs (Canaliculorhinostomie) mithilfe eines Dioden-Lasers unter Sedoanalgesie. Die in der Literatur beschriebene lange Verweildauer des Katheters konnte in diesem Fall deutlich verkürzt werden.
