Transkulturelle Klinische Psychologie: Zurück in die Zukunft?

Zusammenfassung

Im Juni 2024 fand in Berlin der 3. Deutsche Psychotherapiekongress statt. Dabei wurde deutlich: Die transkulturelle Psychotherapie (TKP) lebt und gewinnt an Bedeutung. Bisher wurde die TKP in den Subdisziplinen der Klinischen Psychologie unterschiedlich verfolgt. Wir erachten die Kultursensitivität als allgemeinen schulenübergreifenden Wirkfaktor, dem die klinisch-psychologische Forschung und Praxis vermehrt Beachtung schenken sollte.
