Der besondere Fall – Dramatische Komplikation bei autoerotischer Manipulation

Wir berichten über einen jungen Mann, der sich im Oktober dieses Jahres an einem Samstag als Notfall in unserer zentralen Notaufnahme vorstellte. Er gab an, im Rahmen autoerotischer Manipulation einen hölzernen Dildo rektal eingeführt zu haben. Dabei habe er starke Schmerzen und auch Blutabgang gespürt. Das Ereignis sei jetzt etwa sechs Stunden her. Er habe jetzt rektale Blutungen und zunehmend Schmerzen im gesamten Abdomen.
