Wir alle wissen um die erholsame Wirkung eines Spazierganges im Wald. Nun werden diese positiven Effekte auch in der Therapie bei muskuloskelettalen Erkrankungen und chronischen Schmerzen entdeckt. Der Schritt nach draußen lohnt sich auch in der Physiotherapie – für Mensch und Umwelt.
