Delir – Identifikation und Differenzierung

Ein Delir ist ein häufig eintreffendes Ereignis im Krankenhaussetting. Das Erkennen eröffnet die Option, adäquat zu reagieren, daher sind fundierte Kenntnisse über Delirien für jede Pflegefachkraft bedeutend.
