Der beste multimodale Ansatz für resezierbare, lokal fortgeschrittene ösophageale Adenokarzinome ist unklar. Eine wichtige Frage ist, ob perioperative Chemotherapie der präoperativen Chemoradiotherapie vorzuziehen ist.
