Gemüsekonfetti, besser bekannt unter der englischen Bezeichnung Microgreens, werden aus Getreide-, Gemüse- und Kräutersamen gezogen. Die jungen Pflänzchen sind oft nährstoffreicher als ausgereiftes Gemüse und enthalten mehr sekundäre Pflanzenstoffe.
