Zusammenfassung

Ein schnell wachsendes Plattenepithelkarzinom der Vagina mit keratoakanthomähnlicher Morphologie bei einer älteren Patientin unterstreicht die Notwendigkeit einer umgehenden histologischen Abklärung vulvovaginaler Läsionen.

Abstract

A rapidly growing squamous cell carcinoma of the vagina with keratoacanthoma-like morphology in an elderly patient emphasizes the need for prompt histological clarification of vulvovaginal lesions.
