Advanced Practice Nurses in der psychiatrischen Pflege am Beispiel des Delirmanagements

Am Klinikum Stuttgart startete 2018 das Pilotprojekt „Qualifikationsbezogener Personaleinsatz in der Pflege“. Damit wurde auf die fortlaufende Akademisierung von Pflegefachkräften mit Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss reagiert. Durch den Einsatz von akademisierten Pflegefachkräften können wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse in die Praxis übersetzt und die Pflegequalität gesteigert werden. Die erste Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) am Klinikum wurde im Bereich des Delirs bei älteren Menschen in ihrer Rolle entwickelt und implementiert.
