Was macht eine Intensivstation wirklich menschlich? In diesem Beitrag wird beschrieben, wie das Projekt zur Zertifizierung zur Angehörigenfreundlichen Intensivstation implementiert werden kann, welche Barrieren dabei auftreten und wie diese überwunden werden können – mit einer klaren Vision für eine menschlichere Intensivpflege und -medizin.
