Effektivität der Abklemmung endotrachealer Tuben

Bei Beatmungsunterbrechungen kann es zu vorübergehenden Verschlechterungen der Lungenfunktion kommen, was das Risiko zusätzlicher Lungenschäden erhöhen kann. Zur Vorbeugung wird häufig eine kurzzeitige Tubusabklemmung durchgeführt. Doch wie und zu welchem Zeitpunkt gelingt das am besten? Eine Literaturrecherche gibt Aufschluss.
