Akute Verletzungen der Schulter beim Hund – Erkrankungen und deren Therapiemöglichkeiten

Schulterläsionen zählen zu den häufigsten orthopädischen Problemen bei Sporthunden und entstehen meist durch hohe Belastungen bei Sprüngen und abrupten Richtungswechseln. Der Artikel beschreibt die typischen Verletzungsmuster und erläutert die zugrunde liegende Biomechanik. Zudem werden die Heilungsprozesse von Sehnen und Muskeln sowie evidenzbasierte physiotherapeutische Interventionen vorgestellt. Ziel ist ein strukturiertes Rehabilitationsmanagement, das eine vollständige Regeneration und die Vermeidung von Rezidiven ermöglicht.
