Kurz, intensiv, effizient – HIIT für mehr Leistung und Gesundheit

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) ist weit mehr als kurze, harte Intervalle: Die Trainingsmethode kombiniert maximale Effizienz mit klarer Evidenz und zeigt Wirkung vom Leistungssport bis zur Rehabilitation. Wer seine Ausdauerleistung gezielt und zeitsparend steigern will, kommt an HIIT nicht vorbei – vorausgesetzt, die Basis stimmt. Gleichzeitig zeigt die Forschung, dass man HIIT auch im medizinischen Kontext sicher einsetzen kann.
