29. Course in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound

About the course:
Target group: Radiologists, rheumatologists, orthopedic surgeons, general practitioners, medical students, chiropractors, physiotherapists and others with an interest in musculoskeletal disorders. No prior knowledge of musculoskeletal ultrasound is required.
Contents: General basic knowledge of musculoskeletal ultrasound, including anatomy, physics, technique, etc. musculoskeletal injuries (overuse injuries/sports injuries), rheumatology, soft tissue tumors, ultrasound-guided intervention and Doppler. Demonstration of (dynamic) examination techniques (incl. “Hands on”) and intervention methods (ultrasound-guided aspirations/injections).

Price: DKK 4,500. The price includes coffee and refreshments during the meeting. Participants are responsible for their own accommodation.
Course book: Textbook on Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography – for beginners and trained serves as a course book (recommended price DKK 385), but is not a prerequisite for participation in the course.
The course is in collaboration with DUDS (Danish Ultrasound Diagnostic Society) and DAUS (Danish General Medical Ultrasound Society) and provides 12 CME points.

The course starts on March 30, 2026 at 10:00 (registration and coffee/rolls at 9:30) and ends at 16:45. On March 31, 2026, the course starts at 8:30 and ends at 16:00.
Registration deadline: March 2, 2026 – limited number of participants. Cancellations later than March 2, 2026 will incur a full registration fee.
