Introduction
The pentalogy of Cantrell (PC) and the limb body wall complex (LBWC) are both rare syndromes of midline defects which are usually clearly distinguishable.
We describe a fetus with a complex malformation sharing features of both syndromes.
We discuss the differential diagnosis of PC with associated malformations and LBWC in consideration of the literature.
