Zusammenfassung
Der Artikel beschreibt Aufbau und Funktion des außerhalb der Bauchorgane liegenden
externen Faszienskeletts und des in den Organen liegenden internen Faszienskeletts.
Gemeinsam bilden sie das viszerale Fasziensystem, das nicht nur für Zug und Spannung
verantwortlich ist, sondern auch die Volumenfähigkeit der Organe mitbestimmt. Erst
die genaue Kenntnis von Architektur, Biomechanik und Funktionen dieser Strukturen
ermöglicht in der osteopathischen Praxis, Kompensation von Dysfunktion zu unterscheiden.
Summary
The article describes the structure and the function of the external fascial skeleton
lying outside the abdominal organs and the internal fascial skeleton lying in the
organs. Together they form the visceral fascial system, which is not only responsible
for traction and tension, but also influences the volume capability of the organs.
It is the exact knowledge of architecture, biomechanics and the functions of these
structures that makes it possible to distinguish between compensation and dysfunction
in osteopathic practice.

Le squelette fascial viscéral des fascias du ventre
L'article décrit la structure et la fonction du squelette externe des fascias se trouvant
à l'extérieur des organes du ventre et du squelette interne des fascias se trouvant
dans les organes. Ensemble, ils forment le système viscéral des fascias qui n'est
pas seulement responsable de la traction et de la tension des organes, mais qui participe
aussi à leur volume. Seule la connaissance exacte de l'architecture, de la biomécanique
et des fonctions de ces structures permet de différencier compensation et dysfonction
dans la pratique ostéopathique.
