In den letzten 10 Jahren summieren sich übereinstimmende Daten, zunächst aus Fallkontroll- und epidemiologischen, dann aus prospektiven, randomisierten Phase-III-Studien, schließlich aus biochemischen Analysen, dass neben Umweltfaktoren die körperliche Aktivität nicht nur präventiv, sondern auch kurativ für Krebskrankheiten speziell beim Mammakarzinom von kritischer Bedeutung ist, individuell moduliert durch die Ernährung und eine unterschiedlich effiziente genetische wie immunologische Abwehr.
