Lernziele

Erkrankungen aus dem Formenkreis der Holoprosencephalie und die Hydranencephalie ähneln sich auf den ersten Blick. Anhand typischer sonografischer Charakteristika können beide Erkrankungen sicher differenziert werden. Unterschiede der verschiedenen Typen der Holoprosencephalie sollen aufgezeigt werden. Agenesien des Septum pellucidum können Leitsymptom verschiedener Erkrankungen des Gehirns sein. Indizierte weiterführende Diagnostik mittels kranialer Kernspintomografie wird aufgezeigt.
