Sonografische Diagnose von Hirnfehlbildungen. Teil 3: Balkenagenesie – Migrationsstörungen

Lernziele

Darstellung der typischen sonografischen Charakteristika der Balkenagenesie. Assoziation der Balkenagenesie mit Stoffwechselstörungen, Chromosomenaberrationen und Syndromen. Balkenagenesie als Leitsymptom zusätzlicher zerebraler Fehlbildungen. Darstellung einzelner sonografisch diagnostizierbarer Migrationsstörungen anhand typischer sonografischer Charakteristika. Gezielter Einsatz weiterführender Diagnostik mittels kranialer Kernspintomografie.
