Argentum nitricum bei Angst- und Panikstörung – Fälle aus der Praxis

Zusammenfassung

Die Symptome von Argentum nitricum in der Materia medica weisen eine hohe Ähnlichkeit mit den klinischen Symptomen von Patienten mit Angst- und Panikstörung auf. Insbesondere die psychosomatisch-vegetativen Symptome der Patienten mit dem sog. Reizdarmsyndrom oder der Herzangstneurose (Da-Costa-Syndrom) können bei entsprechender Symptomähnlichkeit sehr gut auf eine Behandlung mit Argentum nitricum ansprechen. Anhand zweier Kasuistiken wird die Argentum-nitricum-Symptomatik dargestellt. Dieses wertvolle Mittel eignet sich zur Langzeitbehandlung und kann mit Erfolg über viele Jahre in großen Abständen als Einzeldosis wiederholt werden.

Summary

The symptoms of argentum nitricum in the materia medica show a marked similarity to the clinical symptoms of patients with anxiety and panic disorder. Especially the psychosomatic and autonomic nervous symptoms of the patients with so called irritable bowl and nervous heart syndrome (Da Costa syndrome) can respond very well to a treatment with argentum nitricum, if the symptoms match. By the example of two case reports the symptomatology of argentum nitricum is illustrated. This valuable remedy suits to long term treatment and can be successfully repeated at long intervals over many years.
