Leiomyom der Vagina – Ein Fallbericht

Zusammenfassung

Vaginale Leiomyome sind seltene solide Tumoren. Wir berichten über eine 37-jährige Patientin, die sich mit einem unklaren vaginalen Tumor in unserer Klinik vorstellte. Eine präoperativ durchgeführte Magnetresonanztomografie zeigte eine myomähnliche Raumforderung in der Vaginalwand. Es wurde eine transvaginale Myomenukleation durchgeführt. Die prä- und intraoperativ gestellte Verdachtsdiagnose vaginales Leiomyom wurde histopathologisch bestätigt. Der postoperative Verlauf gestaltete sich komplikationslos.

Abstract

Vaginal leiomyomas are rare solid tumors. We report the case of a 37-year-old woman who presented with an unclear vaginal mass. Preoperative magnetic resonance imaging showed a leiomyoma-like lesion of the vaginal wall. The patient underwent surgery by the vaginal route, and histological findings confirmed a vaginal leiomyoma. The postoperative course was uneventful.
