Abstract

Bei einer erneuten Schwangerschaft nach Sectio wird die Diagnose „Zustand nach Kaiserschnitt“ im Mutterpass vermerkt. Dies führt dazu, dass die aktuelle Schwangerschaft und die bevorstehende Geburt formal als Risiko eingestuft werden. Aber ist dies tatsächlich gerechtfertigt? Und welcher Geburtsmodus kann den Frauen empfohlen werden?
