Festsitzende implantatgetragene Restaurationen sind ein unverzichtbares Therapiemittel
zur Versorgung zahnloser Kieferabschnitte. Deren mögliches Versagen begründet sich
in biologischen und/oder technischen Komplikationen bzw. Misserfolgen. Seitens der
technischen Komplikationen treten Keramikfrakturen mit am häufigsten auf. Ziel der
vorliegenden Literaturanalyse ist es, eine Übersicht über die Häufigkeit dieser Frakturen
zu vermitteln und mögliche Risikofaktoren zu eruieren.
Implant-borne restorations are an indispensable therapy, especially in partially edentulism.
Biological and / or technical complications may result in clinical failure. Within
technical complications fracture of ceramic is a frequent complication. The aim of
this literature analysis was to assess the incidence of these fractures and to determine
potential risk factors by implant-supported fixed partial dentures.
