Zusammenfassung

WENIGER IST MEHR: Rückenschmerzen sind ein weit verbreitetes Problem, viele Physiotherapeuten behandeln sie sehr häufig. Inzwischen wissen wir, strukturelle Befunde sagen kaum etwas über die Beschwerden aus. Heute orientieren wir uns zunehmend an funktionellen Befunden, wie die klinische Instabilität. Wie können wir sie unkompliziert, mit wenigen Tests messen und behandeln?
