Zusammenfassung
Die rechtlichen Regelungen für die Herstellung und Applikation von Radiopharmaka haben
sich in jüngster Zeit in einigen Teilbereichen verändert. Dies trifft im Besonderen
für die Herstellung und Anwendung von nicht zugelassenen Radiopharmaka zu. In diesem
Artikel wird eine kurze Übersicht über die relevantesten Veränderungen gegeben und
diese im Kontext der gängigen nuklearmedizinischen Praxis diskutiert.
Abstract
Particular aspects of the legal regulations governing the production and application
of radiopharmaceuticals have recently been changed. This is especially true for the
production and use of radiopharmaceuticals not yet authorized. This article provides
a brief overview on the most relevant changes and a discussion on the consequences
in the context of common nuclear medicine practice.
