Zusammenfassung
Das Strahlenschutzrecht benennt als handelnde Personen nur den Strahlenschutzverantwortlichen,
den Strahlenschutzbeauftragten und sonstige Personen. Die jeweils für deren Tätigkeit
„notwendigen“ Kenntnisse im Strahlenschutz werden begrifflich als erforderliche Fachkunde,
erforderliche Kenntnisse und Unterweisung differenziert. Für die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener
Fachdisziplinen ist erstmalig die „Vermittlung des notwendigen Wissens im Strahlenschutz“, z. B. an die operativ tätigen Ärzte benannt. Dies wird in der rechtlichen Struktur
zugeordnet. Herausragendes Ziel bei der Wissensvermittlung für die SLN-Diagnostik
ist eine sichere und fehlerfreie Nutzung der Gamma-Sonde durch die operativ tätigen
Ärzte.
Abstract
The Radiation Protection Ordinance only designates as acting persons radiation protection
supervisor, radiation protection officer and other persons. "Necessary" qualification
in radiation protection for their individual action is classified as requisite expertise,
requisite know-how and instruction required for radiation protection. For interdisciplinary
cooperation "teaching of necessary know-how needed in radiation protection", is named
for the first time, for example to surgeons, urologists. It will be assigned to the
legal structure. An outstanding goal in knowledge transfer for the SLN diagnostics
is a safe and proper use of the gamma probe by the operative doctors.
