Zusammenfassung

Kinder sind heutzutage immer öfter von Dekubitus betroffen. Gerade Frühgeborene, Säuglinge und kritisch kranke Kinder, die sich aufgrund ihres Alters oder ihrer Erkrankung verbal nicht zu Schmerzen äußern können, stellen eine besondere Patientengruppe dar. Sie benötigen standardisierte und regelmäßige Kontrollen, um das Dekubitusrisiko möglichst gering zu halten.
