Die Behandlung einer akuten Otitis externa ist in vielen Fällen unproblematisch. Bei rezidivierender Otitis externa oder bei Chronizität, bei denen eine topische oder systemische Therapie nicht ausreicht, ist häufig eine chirurgische Intervention nötig. Informieren Sie sich, bei welchen Fällen die Zepp-OP eine sinnvolle Therapiemaßnahme ist und welche Schritte für eine erfolgreiche Durchführung wichtig sind.
