Die Geburtseinleitung: Risikoarme Vermeidung und sinnvolle Anwendung

In der Diskussion über Interventionen in der Geburtshilfe und ihre gefahrlose Vermeidung bzw. sinnvolle Anwendung darf das Thema Geburtseinleitung nicht fehlen. Im Februar 2014 ist eine aktualisierte S1-Leitlinie zum Vorgehen bei Terminüberschreitung und Übertragung erschienen, in der für die große Gruppe der Frauen mit einer unkomplizierten Einlingsschwangerschaft neue, restriktivere Empfehlungen formuliert werden.
