Zusammenfassung
Wir beschreiben den Fall einer 28-jährigen Patientin, die postpartal eine sekundäre Sinusvenenthrombose infolge eines Liquorunterdrucksyndroms mit axialer transtentorieller und tonsillärer Herniation und klinischen Zeichen der Einklemmung nach spinaler Anästhesie erlitt.
Abstract
We describe the case of a 28-year-old postpartum female patient who suffered from a secondary cerebral venous sinus thrombosis due to an intracranial hypotension syndrome with axial transtentorial and tonsillar herniation and the clinical signs of incarceration after spinal anaesthesia.
