Präparation für Keramik-Inlays mittels oszillierender Instrumente

Bereits vor einigen Jahren wurden oszillierende Präparationsinstrumente als Alternative zu rotierenden Instrumenten entwickelt. Die Zielsetzung für dieses neue System lag in einer Verbesserung der Präparationstechnik für indirekte und direkte Restaurationen. Tatsächlich berichten zahlreiche Publikationen von praktischen Vorteilen und verbesserter Präparationsqualität. Dieses Wissen hat die Praxen aber bisher nur teilweise erreicht. Der nachfolgende Beitrag zielt darauf ab, hier eine Lücke zu schließen und aus der Sicht eines jungen Kollegen das Potenzial dieser Technologie für die Praxis und die eigene Behandlungstätigkeit aufzuzeigen.
