Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten über die Langzeitergebnisse nach Wiederherstellung des Zeigefingergrundgelenkes
mit einem Knochenspan vom Beckenkamm und Koriuminterpositionsarthroplastik (KIP) bei
2 Patienten mit Substanzverlust des Metakarpalekopfes nach Sägeverletzung. Klinische
und radiologische Kontrollen erfolgten 6 respektive 8 Jahren postoperativ. Im DASH-Score
erreichten die Patienten 11,7 respektive 18,3 Punkte. Der Bewegungsumfang des MP-II-Gelenkes
betrug 60 bzw. 70°. Beide Patienten waren schmerzfrei und mit dem Operationsresultat
sehr zufrieden. Die beiden Fälle zeigen, dass in speziellen Fällen die Rekonstruktion
eines Fingergrundgelenkes mit Knocheninterposition vom Beckenkamm und Korium eine
gute Behandlungsoption darstellt.
Abstract
We report on the long-term results of 2 patients after saw injury by restoration of
metacarpophalangeal joint II with bone graft from the iliac crest and interposition
arthroplasty of the corion. Clinical and radiological controls were performed in the
6th and 8th post-operative years, respectively. The DASH scores (11.6 and 18.3, respectively)
and range of motion (60 and 70° respectively) were associated with no pain and satisfaction
with the results of the operation for both patients. In summary, the reconstruction
of selected cases of metacarpophalangeal joint defects with iliac crest and corium
interposition arthroplasty is a good treatment option.
