Mastitis of cows and its homeopathic treatment

Mastitis of cows is a multifactorial disease, which is not easy to treat homeopathically. There are many reasons which lead to a mastitis, which have to be excluded, e.g.: hygienic deficiency, pathogen associated factors, deficiency in feeding, stress, climatic influences and technical deficiency during milking. Furthermore, the milk performance of the cows plays an important role. In this lecture the different causes for mastitis will be briefly discussed and two examples for homeopathic treatment illustrated. In addition the difference between homeopathic treatment of cows compared to the treatment of small animals is illuminated.

Mastitis beim Rind ist eine multifaktorielle Krankheit, die man nicht leicht homöopathisch behandeln kann. Es müssen viele Ursachen, die zu einer Mastitis führen, ausgeschlossen werden, wie z.B. hygienische Mängel, erregerassoziierte Faktoren, Mängel bei der Fütterung, Stress und Witterungseinflüsse, technische Mängel beim Melken. Außerdem spielt die Milchleistung des Tieres eine große Rolle. In diesem Vortrag werden diese verschiedenen Ursachenkurz diskutiert und werden zwei kurze Beispiele für eine homöopathische Behandlung der Mastitis dargestellt. Außerdem wird kurz auf den Unterschied bei der homöopathischen Behandlung vom Rind im Gegensatz zum Kleintier eingegangen.
