I greatly appreciate the efforts of Dr Klein, as well as of all the contributing authors, for their superb and insightful work in this issue of Seminars in Neurology, which provides a stellar update of the ever-changing field of neuroimaging. The issue provides not only practical advice to the practicing clinicians, but also deep insights into the cutting-edge research that is taking place rapidly in this field. On a personal note, I express warm thanks to my friend and colleague, Josh, who has been a leader in the field and a mentor to many. We hope you enjoy this marvelous issue!
