Wertigkeit von Farbduplex- Sonographie und Phlebographie in einer chirurgischphlebologischen Praxis

Zusammenfassung

Die Validität der farbkodierten Duplex-Sonographie wurde unter Einsatzbedingungen einer chirurgisch-phlebologischen Praxis im Vergleich zur Phlebographie geprüft. Bei 361 Patienten mit klinischem Verdacht auf eine Beinvenenthrombose, ein postthrombotisches Syndrom, eine Stammvarikose bzw. eine Varikophlebitis wurden an 509 Beinen die Ergebnisse von Farbdoppler und Phlebographie verglichen. Eine Beinvenenthrombose oder eine Stammvarikose konnten duplexsonographisch schnell und mit hoher Genauigkeit diagnostiziert werden. Postthrombotische Schädigungen ließen sich insbesondere im Unterschenkel besser phlebographisch darstellen. Die Ausdehnung einer Varikophlebitis war besser duplexsonographisch als phlebographisch zu erkennen.

Summary

The validity of color doppler in comparison to phlebography was determined under the working conditions of a vascular surgical-phlebological practice. In 361 patients (509 legs) with suspected deep vein thrombosis, postthrombotic syndrome, varicosis or varicophlebitis the results of color doppler and phlebography were compared. Color doppler detected deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs and varicose veins exactly and very fast. Postthrombotic changes within the calf veins could be diagnosed more accurately by phlebography. The extent of varicophlebitis could be identified more exactly by color doppler than by phlebography.

Résumé

L‘efficacité du doppler en couleur a été comparée à la phlébographie dans le cadre d‘un cabinet de phlébologie chirurgicale. Les résultats comparés du doppler en couleur et de la phlébographie ont été acquis par l‘examen de 509 jambes pour un collectif de 361 patients présentant des symptômes cliniques de throm-bose veineuse profonde des membres inferieurs, de syndrome post-phlebitique, de varices essentielles ou de phlébité variqueuse. Les thromboses veineuses profondes des membres inférieurs ainsi que les varices essentielles ont été diagnostiquées rapidement et avec grande précision gra^ce au doppler. Les séquelles post-phlébitiques de la jambe en particulier ont été par contre plus facilement décelées par la phlébographie.
