Zusammenfassung
Es werden zwei Fallberichte vorgestellt. Ein 52-jähriger Patient klagte über Krankheitsgefühl,
starke muskuläre Schmerzen und über diskrete, sehr flüchtige Gelenkbeschwerden. Ein
Erythem, nicht typisch für ein Erythema nodosum, folgte später. Die Diagnose konnte
nur per Biopsie versteckter und einseitig lokalisierter, mediastinaler Lymphknoten
nachgewiesen werden.
Ein weitere Patientin klagte über akute und wandernde, polyartikuläre Gelenkschmerzen,
ein allgemeines Krankheitsgefühl, jedoch keine Hauterkrankung. Die Lunge war be-schwerdefrei.
Die Lungenerkrankung befand sich jedoch bereits im Stadium II einer Lungensarkoidose.
Summary
Two cases are presented. A 52-year-old male patient complained about strong muscular
pain and discrete, transient joint pain. Later on, this was followed by an erythema,
which was not a typical erythema nodosum. X-ray of the chest did not clearly identify
some unilateral lymphnodes in the mediastinum. Diagnosis could only be made through
biopsy of hidden, unilateral mediastinal lymphnodes.
Another female patient complained about acute and migrant polyarticular pains, and
general disease symptoms. There was no involvement of the skin, and there were no
complaints on behalf the lungs. However, examination of the lung revealed sarcoidosis
of the lung to be already in stadium II.
