Die Szintigraphie des parasternalen Lymphsystems

Zusammenfassung

Die Szintigraphie des parasternalen Lymphsystems wird nach bilateraler subxiphoidaler Injektion ausgeführt. Mit radioaktiv markiertem Serumalbumin lassen sich die Lymphbahnen und mittels Radiokolloid die Lymphonodi beurteilen. Unter Berücksichtigung der anatomischen Varianten wird ein Bericht über die Erfahrungen an 42 Patienten gegeben, wobei die szintigraphischen Kriterien für eine Affektion des parasternalenLymphgebietes besondere Berücksichtigung erfahren.

Summary

A scintigram of the parasternal lymphatic system can be obtained after bilateral subxiphoidal injection. The lymphatic vessels can be evaluated with radioactively labelled serum albumin and the lymph nodes with colloidal radiogold. Taking into account anatomical variations the experiences in 42 patients are reported. The scintigraphic criteria for the diagnosis of disorders of the parasternal lymphatic area are considered in detail.

La scintigraphic du système lymphatique parasternal est effectuée après injection bilatérale subxiphoidale. Avec de la sérumalbumine marquée il est possible de juger les voies lymphatiques pendant que pour les ganglions lymphatiques cela se fait par moyen du radio-or colloidal. Eu égard aux irrégularités anatomiques les auteurs présentent leurs expériences sur 42 malades en considération particulière des critères scintigraphiques pour une affection du système lymphatique parasternal.
