Eine allogene hämatopoetische Stammzelltransplantation (HSCT) bei jüngeren Erwachsenen mit Hochrisiko-AML zeigt einen signifikanten Effekt auf den Outcome und führt sowohl bei verwandten Spendern wie auch unverwandten Spendern zu ähnlichen Ergebnissen.
