Zusammenfassung

Die besonders in den letzten Jahren beschriebenen Nebenwirkungen der peroralen Antikoagulation und von Heparin in der Gravidität machen künftig eine differenzierende Venen-thromboseprophylaxe in der Schwangerschaft nötig. Das Sammeln weiterer klinischer Erfahrungen über die Verwendbarkeit von Antithrombin-III-Konzentraten, sowohl zur Substitution bei Antithrombin-III-Defekt-Thrombophilen als auch zur Senkung des Heparinbedarfs bei thrombophi-len Graviden ohne hereditäre Anti-thrombin-III-Anomalie, erscheint wichtig.
