Zusammenfassung

In einer Übersicht werden die klinischen Manifestationen, die Möglichkeiten der klinischen und laborgestützten Diagnose sowie die Therapie der Lyme-Arthritis dargestellt. Kurz werden auch der Erreger und die Übertragung durch Zecken sowie die Prognose der Erkrankung erörtert.

Summary

The clinical manifestations, and the clinical and laboratory diagnosis as well as the treatment of Lyme arthritis are reviewed in this article. Briefly, the causative agent and the transmitting tick as well as the prognosis of this disease are discussed.
