Self-injury (self-cutting or cutting) is a highly prevalent condition among adolescents
and young adults and it is an important risk factor for suicide. Conventional therapeutic
proposals have little evidence of effectiveness. This work presents three cases of
adolescents with severe cutting that improved after individualised homeopathic treatment.
