Zusammenfassung

Akademisierte Pflegekräfte In den letzten Jahren werden in Deutschland vermehrt Studiengänge für Pflege, Pflegewissenschaft, Pflegemanagement und Gesundheitswissenschaften angeboten [1]. Die Potenziale von Pflegewissenschaftlern werden vereinzelt bereits gezielt genutzt, zum Beispiel in Form von Pilotstellen, auf denen sie sowohl in der Praxis arbeiten als auch wissenschaftlich für Intensivstationen zuständig sind [2]. Unsere Autoren gehen der Frage nach, was Pflegeforschung für den OP tun kann.
